- The PRM service is available throughout Terminal 1 and T2. The service includes assistance with:
- Moving through the terminal
- Check-in and document processing
- Security and immigration procedures
- Boarding and disembarkation
- Arrival assistance and baggage collection
How to Get the Service
- Passengers can access the service by contacting their airline in advance or by speaking with airport staff upon arrival. Our team will coordinate the necessary assistance and guide you through the airport journey.
Steps to Register
- Step 1: Contact your airline - Request mobility assistance when booking your ticket or at least 48 hours before departure.
- Step 2: Provide your travel details - Share your flight information and the type of assistance required.
- Step 3: Receive confirmation - Your airline will confirm the assistance request and coordinate arrangements with the airport.
- Step 4: Arrive at the airport - Upon arrival, airport staff will provide assistance and guide you through the terminal.
